BOOK YOUR RENTAL
Once the estimate is approved and you are ready to book your rental, we’ll coordinate the camera prep, pick-up, drop-off and any shipping logistics with you so you can start shooting your project.
New Customer? We will need to set up a new account for you and get your certificate of insurance on file. See, "How to Set Up an Account" below.
How to Set Up an Account
Before we can prepare and release your equipment, we will need the following forms and information from you:
1. Complete the New Rental Account Application and Rental Agreement
2. Send us your Certificate of insurance (sample COI here)

Rental Rates
DAILY RATE
For a one day rental rate you can pick up your equipment at 3:00pm the day before your shoot and return it by 10:00am the day after. If you need an earlier pickup, contact us and we can try to accommodate.
3 DAY WEEK
For jobs shooting anywhere from three days up to seven consecutive days, the total billing will be three days. This means using our equipment for three days within a week's period of time is the same cost as any larger number of shooting days that takes place within a week's period of time. We do require you to return the gear after your last shoot day.
LONG TERM
Get in touch with us! We’ll work within your budget and timeframe so things fit for you.
Final pricing for equipment packages is based on the amount of equipment rented and length of your rental period. We will generate a custom quote for you once we receive your full equipment list and dates of your project.
Equipment Pickup & Delivery
On your Gear List Form let us know when you’d like to pick up or if you would like to have your equipment delivered. You are always welcome to prep at our facility the day before your job. We have spacious prep bays and our prep technicians are happy to help you out.
DELIVERY & PICKUP TIMES
We are open M-F 9am to 5pm.
We understand production, so if you need an earlier pickup time, please let us know and we can likely accommodate.
We will need a three hour window to schedule the delivery. Smaller windows and last minute deliveries are possible based on our availability.
DELIVERY & PICKUP LOCATIONS
We can deliver or pick up at your location within a 25 mile radius of Minneapolis. For special deliveries outside of Minneapolis please contact us.
DELIVERY & PICKUP RATES
Delivery fees vary, so please inquire. Delivery fees start at $50 and can vary depending on distance and time of day. For deliveries outside of our standard radius, please contact us for custom pricing.
CAMERA PREP
You are welcome to prep your camera rental order at our facility. We have spacious prep bays with professional focus charts, tools, and anything you need for your check out. Our staff is on hand to advise or help with your order and answer any questions you may have so you are ready for your project. We start early and the coffee is always on for you!
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We have a knowledgeable staff dedicated to making sure your rental experience goes smoothly. We are always available to help and offer technical support to you in pre-production, during the prep, or in the field. If we don’t know the answer, we will get it. If you are having an issue with equipment, we will get you a replacement. "Fix it in Prep" is our motto. "Fix it in Post” costs a lot more!
